Orders

Our orders are generally processed very quickly. Once the order has been placed we can attempt to cancel the fulfillment with our warehouse, but we can't guarantee it. Once the order has been shipped, we can not make any changes or cancellations.

Once your order has shipped you will be provided a tracking number. Please note that these tracking numbers may not give updated information until your order enters the USPS shipping stream. You can always contact support at zaptpower@gmail.com for updates.

Returns/Shipping

We offer refunds on damaged, incorrect, or missing products. If your product is damaged, please send photos to zaptpower@gmail.com. Once we have reviewed your photos we will determine if the product is eligible for refund. You may be asked to return the item, for which we will provide a return label.

Currently, we only ship within the United States.
